Nothing special treatment. There was no restaurant in this lodge. All out side food. Price very high including room rent. But other than staffs behavior and housekeeping very nice. Atmosphere very neat and clean

It was a very terrible experience, rooms are not like that, rude behaviour of lady receptionists, there is no hot water in the ac superior room. Overall very third class experience. Mmt took rs 3263 and in reality the room was only rs 2200 only. It was totally fro d with me. Condition of ac superior room, room number 312 of rk renaissance

I highly recommend this hotel for stay i am a regular business traveler and have stayed in multiple hotel from old to new in nearby locations but found this hotel very good in terms of room cleanliness, very clean bathrooms, room service and the staff are also very accommodating

A very descent hotel without any disturbances and has a very humble and cooperative staff with good room services. Enjoyed staying here.

On checkin the room had insects and bugs. The hotelier changed the room with used one, customer was already staying there and had not changed the linin. Was not even ready for refund and we had to spend the night forcefully there. The ac was also not working. Worst experience.
